Yeah they missed the rear toe pretty bad. I asked for these specs.
Ford Performance Spec
Front - Camber: -1.55 Total Toe: 0.00
Rear - Camber: -1.98 Total Toe: 0.23
There doesn’t seem to be a good performance shop around. At least as far as suspension. That’s my real problem.

because they are ignorant of where the bolts are on the S550.
Rant on.
True. Get your money back and tell them not to offer alignments if they can't perform them properly.
It sucks not having a decent local alignment shop. I got spoiled when I was in CA because I could take my cars to Custom Alignment in Mountain View. Now I'm constantly frustrated by the PA hacks that torture my cars. I lost a days work a year ago when I had winter tires installed and the balance was so bad the car was undrivable. I had to spend an extra day in PA before driving down to my job in SC due to some idiot not calibrating the balance machine properly and not test driving my car after using said poorly calibrated machine. Lazy Morons suck. And they're everywhere.
Rant off.

I personally use the BMR suggested specs and go from there. Front toe is somewhat of a personal preference (in my understanding) in how much steering input you are comfortable with.
