Hey all, just trying to learn and understand this. So I installed long tube headers, and used an extension on the passenger side, but not on the driver side. After a quick datalog, I noticed a huge difference of bank 1 and 2 measured AFR. One of them seems very wrong. Can anyone advise as to which one it is supposed to look like?

Extensions can cause some wackiness.. They can be hit or miss.. If you can't get it to fit without using an extension, i believe you can use the f-150 variant that is longer to begin with. No extension needed.

Passenger’s side is bank 1, so the extension is on bank 1. The bank 1 data looks good. I’d be looking at the wiring and connector on the drivers side.

So, I just bought the F150 o2 sensors, to eliminate the extension. Installing them today, weather permitting. But I'm more so trying to understand which bank reading is correct, or what it is supposed to look like.

And wildhorse, I smoke tested the exhaust, and had leaks on catback clamps down the line, but nothing from headers or head

And that's weird, there's no extension on the driver side, but I did pull it kinda tight to not use an extension.

And okay, so the reading should be relatively stable like bank 1.

Thanks for all the input!

Looks like your log is reading in lambda so 1.0 at idle. 2.0 off throttle coasting down. .85ish WOT. They're going to move around a bit under normal driving conditions so don't worry about them being perfect.

*Just an update*

I replaced driver side o2 with NTK 27080, plenty of wire length. Data logged again, and both o2 readings now flow up and down like a sine wave at idle. Which I'm assuming is normal.
