Said the hours to bend the pipes would take 15 to 20 hours
Get a better exhaust guy. No way in hell that would take 15-20 hours. Did you ask just for a resonator delete or a full catback to the muffers?

Helpful and concise answers. Thank you. You said you guarantee your stage 2 rig will work with my ford racing catback. To be clear, I was asking if your stage 2 rig would fit my ford racing axle back. Big diff.
Our Thunderstorm exhaust systems were engineered to bolt up to all FR exhaust products that are based off of the stock exhaust.

The cost that is involved for LM is much higher than having someone's exhaust guy do it.

Sure, "custom" may cost more... however, Livernois has a lot more than just 'bending' a pipe to do.

They have to, first and foremost, ensure it's ready to manufacture. This includes, but is not limited to:
Test & trial runs -- the initial R&D to get a "baseline template" ready.
Material cost
Manufacturing -- including the blueprints, prepping their hardware to automate the process (and ensuring the hardware CAN automate the process) and any labor involved in that
Packaging -- figuring out the most efficient way to package an exhaust, not only to make sure the space used when shipping is minimal, but also ensuring it can be well protected whenever the inevitable time comes that the UPS guy drops it or they throw it into a truck and miss... :|

Absolutely true on SEVERAL fronts, BUT...average exhaust wrench has never seen the S550 car on the street nevermind a hoist. So any work that you want done, if done correctly will take extra labor hours because he or she ;-) has never seen the car before. They would remove the stock parts, inspect them and then proceed to measure and copy bends, etc.... It is a large undertaking for your average exhaust shop.
