I'm looking to add paddle shifters to my '22 ecoboost premium. Does anyone have a steering wheel for sale?

So strange, I didn't know Ford stopped giving the flappy paddles to the newer automatics.
I know all the 15-17 gen autos regardless of trim level had the flappy paddle shifters.
@shogun32 brings up a good point OP, you need to check to see if you have the wiring for them before you go spend money on a steering wheel with them.
If you don't have the wiring then it would be pointless.

The GT’s still get them, apparently they stopped on the Eco. Same with the manual, took that away from the Eco too.

Sounds like a cash-grab from Ford lol
If you want the manual 🧡 gotta pay up for the GT
If you want flappy paddles on the steering wheel, well gotta pay more for the GT.

In marketing school it's called "artificial/contrived differentiation". And any time someone utters those words they need to be shot.

I think it's reprehensible they stripped the M6 from the eco in the s650 but I'm guessing the take rate was really bad vs GT in s550.

So Ford saved a bundle not having to certify the combo. It's not like driving enthusiasts exist anymore. I mean civic or mustang 4 banger, what's the difference? /SARC

Though admittedly the a10 is suited to keeping the 4 on the boil. It's just a damn shame it's such a shitty trans as programmed by the factory.

I rent a lot of cars and I always ask for a Mustang but one day my ecoboost had no paddles and I was really sad. I feel really bad for the base model guys who now have no paddles and no track mode.

I get that, this is a ecoboost premium, I didn’t pay enough attention! My 2020 had them, didn’t notice until it was too late. Also lost the garage door opener and real leather

I have a 22 Ecoboost Premium and it has the paddles. I believe it depended on what package you got.

Well.... I got lucky on this one. I found a local place with a wheel (bad leather, with the paddles). Spent an hour at my workbench swapping parts, It worked perfectly. Also, it was under $100.00!
