Hi everyone, I have a weird one, my active exhaust on my 2020 seemed to only be quiet (fully closed valve) or track (90 degree fully open) no matter what mode I select normal and sport+ both open as track mode. From what I understand normal should be 30 degrees and sport+ 60degree then 90 or fully open for track.

anyone seen this issue?

Well I have to admit I was wrong, the valves do work. The car most be running not just in start mode. If you put it in start mode without starting it the valve will go close to full open only, once the car is running they will actuate as they should.

on;y thing for me I did not hear a different between the mode ,I think it is mostly a gimmic and car basically should be quiet or loud as this is what it seems to do

There is a substantial difference between modes because those butterfly vales are actually moving as you drive.

Every mode except for track is not a static valve position, it varies depending on throttle and RPM.

True, you may not notice much difference at idle but when you are driving or flooring it there is definitely change in exhaust volume between modes. But Quiet mode always blows me away, so nice and quiet to zip through quiet nights/early mornings.

Yes you won’t hear a different in Idle only between quiet and track.
Also with ignition on you won’t hear the valves move from normal to track only from quiet to normal or track
