You hit a bump or something and it glitched. 1.5 is the max and you won't hit that without stripping the car down to the bones and running race slicks. The right and accel readings are normal for a street car on the street (0.84 lateral was a hard corner) and 0.69 is normal for a good 1st gear hooked launch.

1G (the circle) is equal to the force of gravity (1g = 1 Gravity), but forward, back or to the sides... so your 0.85 Lat G. means you were cornering so hard you a centripetal cornering force equal to 84% of the force of gravity... If you dangle something loose, it would hang at something like 40 degrees from vertical.

The circle is 1G, the hash marks are at 0.5G and 1.5G.

My PP1 GT would do ~1.05 to 1.10g on a good day at a closed course track with grippy concrete laterally. On the street you're not going to be cornering that hard. 0.8 is pretty high for the street.
The 420ish hp we have won't be enough to accelerate our heavy cars past like 0.69g forward. Braking with good street tires you can achieve a bit over 1g of deceleration, but those 1.5 numbers are false. You won't see that inside a street car unless you collide with something. Sometimes it shows that in error (you can ignore the 1.5s).

The sensor is full of lies. Ignore it.
I think they also need a reset from new, although judging by the miles I suspect that has already been done.

They leave the factory with some very high (configuration ?) values.

Max is bogus, as its an anomaly of one instant (bad reading). If you take intervals and datalog, it will look something more like this:

there's a reset in the menu, you can reset it every day if you want.

Yeah sorry, you misunderstood me.

I was meaning to reset it to clear the silly high readings that they come with from the factory or on / just after first using the car (see good example above).

Best I’ve managed after a reset is 1.04 under high speed braking (not a sudden jab). It was enough to relocate the sunglasses from my wife’s face to the front of the footwell and get me rewarded with a few choice words :giggle:
