No this dealer made the advert, the one who is trying to make a profit off of a car bought from a charity auction. I really hope that he donates the profit back to the charity but we all know that is unlikely to happen.

He is using his dealership to get visibility for his ad and visibility is what he got, except the air time he is getting is negative.
