Bisimoto is excellent with four cylinders. He made the very first 9 second dodge neon. It sounds awesome. But damn he's done an excellent job of keeping this project quiet. Really wanna know what he's doing differently than what we already know.

Stand alone ECU says it all. Zero hurdles to jump over trying to flash the factory ECU, and not having access to all tables, being able to set Axis, etc. A true standalone in the right hands, will release true power potential. Wondering if they keep the factory ECU in place to run the creature comforts, etc.

I would like to see that setup.

It is also not the factory DI engine that comes with the Ecoboost Mustang, this is a port injection engine from some projects that Ford was working on back in the day. I have a lead on a similar head, but getting it from someone in Europe is proving to be a problem.

I'll take a DI motor over a PI motor all week long, and twice on Sundays. The single advantage PI has over DI is the its easier to fuel big power numbers. You lose a ton of efficiency in the motor switching to PI only. I had no idea this was PI only. Make sense as the AEM ECU cannot control DI injectors.

That is correct. I prefer DI, but when it comes to big power as you said, PI is where it is at. That is why I plan to run both ;) haha.

Would it be possible to make 1000RWHP and make the motor look like all it has is a bigger turbo? haha go for that stealth factor.

You mean like the MAPerformance car I tuned? If I get all the limits removed and MAP gives me the OK I will push it that far. The issue is there isn't any camshafts to support that power yet.

I was initially excited hearing it had WebCams, hope that there was progress in the cam department. What euro car came with said head?

A special one .

The cams in the bisi car more than likely isn't going to fit in the EBM head. Also, it might just be a regrind instead of a new blank.

Fair enough, not trying to expose any secret awesomeness. I know Web did a lot of regrinds, and new ones are $1200ish/pair. If one were to sack up and spend $4000 on a head, another $1200 would be a no brainer. The potential of a different head is great, but also makes planning out a build confusing. I guess that's the silver lining of getting ready to store the car over the beautiful midwest winter, and patiently wait it out and see what the next 6 months of part development has in store. -end rant.

Would the Head from the FoST work on the EBM, loosing the headifold would be an advantage for big power wouldn't it?
