There is going to be a lot change there always is no way that is the final model. What you have there is probably a rough outline of the car.

Concepts like these are intentionally exaggerated to put emphasis on the design language and specifically show what design cues they'd like to have on the production model

It's because all the major details are the same between most concepts... massive wheel wells, huge wheels with low profile tires, high beltline, low slung roofline with tiny windows, etc.

Mustang design refresh might be nice. But it should keep some retro/classic elements.
S550, S197 have those elements. Even Challenger does a great job in that.
It makes these cars special.
Camaro lacks that. It's more futuristic, I guess... Which is why S550 was my choice.

I have to say one thing about that design, much of the retro cues are gone and it is more like what I imagine a 21st century car will one day resemble. However, I think a bit radical for the next step in evolution.

looks like a corvette thats been mustangized. If they build a 2 seat coupe named mustang thats competing with the corvette, and is corvette money I may be interested....
But thats not what a mustang is.... so I suspect this rendering is nothing like what we can expect to see in the next gen.

I did hear somewhere that AWD might be on the menu because of parts sharing with the explorer..... Thats scary and intriguing at the same time.

Right, and that stuff usually gets toned down as the design matures...except Camaro. It was like GM challenged themselves to make a car that was as close as possible to the concept art.
