You should beat it first before you talk crap, imo
I run a 4.8 in 2000DA at 15psi with a completely stock motor and transmission and full weight of 4200lbs. So I'll say it again. All that money and work he has done AND in mineshaft, hero DA, just to run a 4.7 isn't impressive. Sorry not sorry...lol

Just thinking out loud. I'm in the Airline world. I wonder if the draggy takes into account humidity? I see people with similar set ups, and similar DA running vastly different 60-130. If the draggy doesn't factor in humidity. This may be why there is such a wide range of results.

The draggy is just a GPS based timer, it doesn't correct for DA or any other variable. That said, as you probably already know, DA takes into account humidity.

Yes I stated that wrong. The Draggy has no correction factor. Is humidity factored into the draggy DA?

I don't have a draggy, but I don't believe it calculates DA at all. I may be wrong, but I think people just go online and figure out what the DA is at the time of their run.

My understanding is you can have the same DA with vastly different Humidity levels.

Humidity. Humidity is not generally considered a major factor in density altitude computations because the
effect of humidity is related to engine power rather than aerodynamic efficiency. At high ambient tempera￾tures, the atmosphere can retain a high water vapor content. For example, at 96 o
F, the water vapor content of
the air can be eight (8) times as great as it is at 42 o
F. High density altitude and high humidity do not always
go hand in hand. If high humidity does exist, however, it is wise to add 10 percent to your computed takeoff
distance and anticipate a reduced climb rate.

Draggy has the DA displayed along with the temp and Altitude above sea level.

It is not accurate though. You should use an actual DA calculator to find out what it is. The TRC App used to have a good "present time" DA readout.

Here's a full weight A10 3.15 car tuned conservative on E40 fuel, another car I did ran a 5.06 same setup. Vortech at 11 psi. Another car I did with the same setup on E85 and 12.5 lbs went 4.70 in a little better DA. Good DA definitely makes a difference.

New best 60-130. 5.29. Drag pack with MT Street Rs hooked well. Picked up .2 over my previous best 60-130. Maybe the Solar 95mm TB is helping. DA was 1100. I think if I start in 2nd I might be able to run a sub 5s.

I went 4.6 60-130 in my whipple 10 speed on a 3.3 pulley/stock lower. DA was around 500 and temps were in the 40's. 305/45/17 ET street r running 18 psi along with some viking shocks. Surface makes a big difference. That was done on a clean concrete road. Car has weight reduction as well.
