My 2019 GT with 60K and manual tranny stutters and shakes when I take off in first. Goes away once the clutch is fully out and does not do this taking off in second gear or shifting in any other gear. If I rev the engine rpm's up high and let the clutch out fast doesn't seem to stutter. Any ideas? Does the hydraulic fluid in the clutch need to be changed ever? Thanks

The clutch shares the fluid from your brake reservoir. As you use the clutch, it will slowly cycle some of that fluid through the system (and make your brake fluid turn dark).

You can try removing fluid from the brake reservoir with a plastic syringe and putting fresh fluid in there to help it get some fresh fluid... But honestly I’m not sure that’s your problem. 🤷

Could be clutch, but mine still had some shutter after going to the McLeod RXT. Try also raising the hood so you can see engine movement at takeoff just a few ft of movement you'll see it, the factory mounts are soft, I went with UPR and dropped motor 1/2 inch, feels way better now

Really sounds like early stage of clutch slipping. Based on my personal experience (9 performance car manuals and 2 trucks over 40+ years) I would bet a new clutch and/or flywheel resurface is in your future although that seems atypical for the mileage. Do you drive a lot of city stop/start or track? If not, hoping your experience isn't typical as my 2018GT has 55k. A side benefit of the fun of rowing your own is the usual relative simplicity/durability compared to automatics.

Flywheel, disc, or pressure plate warped? Throw out bearing surface(s) worn uneven? My '66 did the same thing and the one of the clutch fork ears was worn much more that the other.

It's not to the point to where I'm going to pull things apart to look at it just yet. After driving it this morning it could maybe also be the rear differential. It's hard to tell....

When the friction material on the clutch gets contaminated with oil or grease they shudder on take off also. Any oil leak from the bellhousing area?

Hello; This would be my first WAG. Had a 57 Chevy straight six with a three speed manual back in the day. Rear main seal leaked into the bel housing. Oil got onto the clutch disk. Would shudder at engagement in first.
I eventually replaced the clutch disk when I transplanted a 283 V8 into it.
Short term trick and not one I would not suggest in a Modern Mustang. Also, not for the faint of heart. I would find something solid, usually a post. I would ease up to the post or telephone pole. Oncee touching the pole would very lightly engage the clutch with moderate RPM's. Did such a short time. Would burn off the oil. Lasted a little while.

Get under the car. If it is an oil leak there ought to be some oil drips around the bottom of the bell housing. On older cars would be an inspection cove which could be removed.

My second WAG is what others have said. Warpped parts in the clutch.

My third WAG is the small springs in the clutch disk have broken or are failing. Those small springs smooth out the clutch grab a lot.

Good luck
