What wheels are these?
Those are the 50th Anniversary package wheels...they look similar to the 50th LE wheels, but they are narrower (8.5") and not staggered like the 50th LE wheels (9" front, 9.5" rear), and of course have narrower tires (and apparently all-season tires...yuck!)

I like the way they look. Too bad they are so narrow.

There's a 0.5-1" width difference? That's not much... really?

(yes, a bit clueless :D)

agree, 0% chance I would pay for a 50th package now that I see that pointed out (Thanks Giddy). Hopefully they loosen up on some of the options for 2016.

I suspect is it is because the 50th anniversary edition (body code P8R) has no spoiler, and permitting that on a GT Premium without performance pack would make these 2 version look too similar.

If one gets the GT Premium (body code P8C) with performance pack and the 50th anniversary appearance option, the similar (but not the same) anniversary edition wheels get replaced with GT performance pack wheels, which keeps the appearance item combination not the same as the 50th anniversary edition.
Makes sense^

As those cars, themselve's will be distinct.

What are the seats for the 50th anniversary appearance package? Are they the same as in the LE (the white cashmere/leather) or are they regular color with the 50th logo embroidered on them.

They are "Raven Black" with the logo in them. Apparently the color of black is a little different, but it's not clear what exactly the difference is (Raven Black is for 50th package cars, and Ebony is for standard and Recaro seats). I haven't seen any good pictures of the 50th package interior yet, but there was a zoomed in blurry pic of the seats somewhere from that Ford Event TY Mustang that had the 50th package on it. It also seems from the order guide that if you want the 50th package, you have to get Raven Black interior, so no Ceramic or Dark Saddle.

My guess would be that Raven Black is real black and Ebony is a bit more charcoal like. Which I prefer, hence no anniversary package for me.

Makes a big difference actually. Wider wheels support wider tires and fill up the wheel wells better, giving the car a beefier look. Actually one of the most important aspects of a car's appearance.

Images of interior

Does anyone have images of the 50th Anniversary Appearance package (on the Ecoboost Premium)?

It would be nice to see exactly what I'm getting.

I (and someone else) asked this in the orders thread, but does anyone have any idea about the pricing of this package if ordered along with the performance package? Is it cheaper in that case?

The reason I ask is that both packages come with upgraded (19") wheels, but obviously you only get one set of wheels with the car, so I would hope that we're not forced to pay for wheels twice if we want both packages.

There is no discount for both together.

Well phooey... but thanks for the info. When you order both, you get the performance package wheels, though, correct?
Yes, you get the PP wheels (black), the spoiler is deleted, and the PP turned aluminum dash overrides the 50th axle-spun aluminum dash. Those are the major overlaps in the two packages.
