You're in for a much rougher ride going that route, if you care about that kind of thing.... 20s with a 30 profile instead of a 35.
From 30s to 35 makes a big difference cushion wise due to smaller tire? Or due to the drop? You're in for a much rougher ride going that route, if you care about that kind of thing.
Both. Less sidewall on the 30 series you're going to feel more of the road, and a side effect of the lowering spring is a little rougher ride. Put the two together and you'll definitely feel it.From 30s to 35 makes a big difference cushion wise due to smaller tire? Or due to the drop?
I was just trying to avoid rubbing or scraping. The wheels are 20×10 +40 (w 5mm spacer) & 20×11 +50 & was told to go with 275/35 & 305/35. Would rather have 285/35 up front but idk if it fits properly.Both. It's not all bad though. It'll handle better due to the lower center of gravity and stiffer springs. Just know going into it "ride quality" is going to take a hit.
