I saw a pair (285/35/19) few months back for $630 range. The 888R seems to be a great option just pricey. Not sure it would outperform the 555R enough to merit the price jump though.

That's actually not bad for those.I saw a pair (285/35/19) few months back for $630 range.
What is all this talk of unplugging nannies on the 300a (non premium right?) and sport/sport+/track/ drag modes? Anyone care to educate me a bit on the a10/trims?
When is your car cutting power? What do you want to know?? I have a 300A PP1 with a PBD tune by Trevor and my car still cuts power ever once in a while with the nannie unplugged,, I asked Trevor [via email] about fixing it but we never did.
Drive modes are only available with the 301A package. Although the drive modes can be added by upgrading to the premium radio.
A few have installed the Tesla style radio and enable drive mode that way.

No kidding? Yeah I would say there is a tuning hiccup that has not been sorted out.Mostly on the 1>2 shift,, infrequently on the 2>3 shift N/A ..
Never did get it to upshift right when I hit it with nitrous. Too bad as the 11.2xx@130mph with it absolutely dying on both upshifts this thing would've been deep into the 10's ..
.
I could've pushed harder to get it shifting better, But I told myself I wasn't turning the '18 into a track car. I have a built 3v for that.No kidding? Yeah I would say there is a tuning hiccup that has not been sorted out.
I just pull the connector at the airbox on my 300a.Pull the fuse, no more nannies.
