Is it a probe type? You really need to come in to the pits HOT before the session is over, hop out and quickly measure the temps. Otherwise it's pointless.

Yep, probe type. I agree about coming in hot. Maybe an option will be putting the probe near pit exit entering the paddock before the session and come in before the session is over so I’ll be on pace right before pulling in. Next event is Watkins Glen so will check them then.
