I really hope you make 550whp on only 10psi but IMO that isn't realistic. If there were E85 easily available here in Dallas I would go that route as well. I monitor knock and OAR religiously and even though my base tune is for 91 octane I still see a little knock at high boost on 93 octane winter gas.
Also, it isn't the clutch that goes it is the dual mass flywheel that breaks. If you take it easy on the shifts and don't bang through the gears the flywheel will probably last a little bit. Mine busted in less than a month.
Its very realistic, MPT did it with a P1 procharger and I have the big boy D1. From what I understand from a local guy that has a very large performance shop the d1 and 10lb pulley on e85 will make that number with no problems. 10lb pulley is what I have but you could be hitting 12 13 psi depending on supporting mods.

I have the base 91 octane tune and did 415whp on a Mustang dyno (heartbreaker dyno) with a little less than 8 PSI (4.1 pulley). My guess would be less than 450whp on 10 PSI.

Bigger injectors, better procharger, e85. Trust me 450 will be what I hit on 93.

I honestly don't think 10 PSI on the stock motor is doable on 93 octane gas unless you really retard the timing, and then you won't hit 450whp. I do agree that E85 is the answer and with that I do think you can reach 550whp, but not at just 10 PSI. I think it will take 14 PSI, E85, and intake and header/exhaust work to get to 550whp.

I am not sure yet I assumed since with the P1 they got 501 whp with 8lb pulley with e85. Figured with the more powerful D1 unit and I have LT header back with intake 90 lb injectors and so on it wouldn't be that difficult. Procharger said the Pulleys don't mean that's the boost you get he said with 10lb pulley and supporting mods I could be realistically around 12-13 psi.

I've always heard the Procharger pulleys just called their diameter. I have a 4.1" pulley and I believe they originally tried a 4.25" pulley but it didn't make the PSI they were expecting, probably because of the HO intercooler I upgraded to, so they went smaller to get closer to 8 PSI, which was their target.

Hmm interesting, I am excited no matter what, I am just looking for the time to install and tune at this point.

You should be very excited as you will be thrilled with the kit. At "just" 415 whp I was at first thinking how could anyone want more power than this?!?! But alas you get used to it and want more power!!

So the lesson there is start out at 350 then bump up to 390 then to 430 then 450 then 500 and so on then just get an Aluminator and boost that later on. Moar power every other month lol

SSM's procharged car is on MS109 at 15 psi and made 501whp. I just don't think 10 psi on E85 will be enough to get much over 450whp.
Was it on a P1.. Also mpt tuned a ssm car for a customer on race gas and got 501 whp with 8lb pulley with P1

Just curious as to the cost of a clutch upgrade after going supercharged?

Depends on the clutch your buying, but BE6 is generally spot on with what he listed above in terms of pricing.
