I bought a set of these pipes a while back but I haven't install them yet, I know you have to cut driver side cat and weld a flange to make them fit, has anyone gotten these installed on their car and can give a review? Also how much the shop charge you?

I have them, fitment was great my exhaust guy has been doing my stuff for about 20 years. He only charged me $80 and took him about a hour. My only problem was the adapters sent to meet xpipe were too big and he made me some.

I'm tuned by lund and when I had my cats remove my tuner Dakota said it wasn't necessary to do a tune revision. Also, 2MFabrication sell O2 Spacer which will Fool the ECU thinking there's still cats down there. I have them installed and I don't have any CEL codes. So, in other words, I don't think you need a tune.

I'm tuned on 93 and waiting on my Flex Fuel and E85 tunes to be emailed. Probably stay this way for a while. I plan to add a blower or a TT setup down the road.

Be wary of 2M. I have their long tubes on my F150 and the fitment is shit. They sent headers and cats with the same size pipe so they wouldn't fit together. They claimed I fabricated the pictures and wouldn't do anything until I filed a charge back on my credit card.

Everything they sell is made in china from a piece they fab up and send over. You can tell the welds are done by a robot and not a human.

No tune is required. You’ll just get a code unless you use the spacers which usually work to fool the ecm. Nobody these days is turning off the rear o2’s anyone, or not talking publicly about it if they do.

So where will we place the 02 spacer to work on the stock exhaust manifold? or the 2m fab new pipe??
Thanks Ant

Hey question, I'm in the same boat and by looking at 2m fabs pics for the delete kit both pipes have flanges on them. He also includes 2 flanges?
If the stock header has a flange and the kits has flanges, what flaange are you adding? or need to weld.
Thanks Anthony

The shop is going to have to weld one of the flanges to the passenger side to get the pipes bolt on. The other flange is for you to weld it on your cat if your planning on putting it back.

Yea the drivers side is the one that has to be cut. Passenger side has 3 bolts to the manifold
