All I wanted was the option in "my gauges". But now I want both LOL

Could a flaw in my install make the gauge unavailable?

Or do I need a new Forscan tech?
The gauge availability is all dependent on the IPC configuration but they aren't all on or off settings. Configuring the PP gauges takes them off the IPC display.

I added a diff temp sensor to my non-PP 2022. Sensor is maybe like $20-30. Pigtail connector the sam-ish price and then I ran the wiring myself to the harness under the rear seat. Then you can use FORScan to enable the sensor. Overall pretty easy to do
Is there any tutorial you can share please on how to do this on base s550?

Jay I think I understand what you're saying... what is IPC? Instrument panel cluster? Just a guess

Mookieit- it's all in this thread. Except the computer flash. That's where I'm having the problems

I’m not in my car right now but when you hit the pony button, goto gauges and change layout. You can choose to have a layout all of the time ( normal, sport+, track) or change with drive modes.

Jay just to be clear... your car is a non-PP GT? Like mine? Are we apples to apples?

my car does not have performance pack. As long as the car has the digital gauges, the functions should all be the same minus a few things that are unique to a Mach 1, Bullitt or Shelby.

Thank you for this. I have a VINT-TT55502 but I haven't had the confidence to try it. I'm not very techy.

Could you look at post #27... can I get to this display (top one) in my car? Or is this from a Shelby or some other build?

that display should just change with the drive mode change. Top cluster is sport mode. Bottom doesn’t appear changed

PP and Shelby cars have the two gauges in the center dash and because of that the functions get removed from the IPC module (Instrument Panel Cluster.) When you reprogram with Forscan you are reconfiguring multi use modules, you aren't programming so you can't make anything happen that isn't already there to be used in some vehicles. In this case, we are trying to configure the IPC to display the axle temp displayed on the Shelby car but we get limited by a module limitation because of our lack of all the hardware. Best compromise for me was to leave it available as a selectable gauge only as it is merely a curiosity. To do that you only need the single line change mentioned in the above and attached threads. It is also a quick change with a shortcut in the Forscan easy change sections if you don't want to get into the bits. My comparison to a GT500 as-built was just to confirm I wasn't leaving any stone unturned.

You said "selectable gauge". Do you mean it will display here?
