I got this picture off of an ad for a GT500 for sale.

My question is can my S550 display show me this? I can't seem to figure out how if it will.

Thanks

.

It is in the menu where the exhaust stuff is. Scroll thru the menu and you will find it. Or use the owners manual quick guide. All that stuff is easy to find. Today I changed mine but am too lazy to go out and snap pics.

The display type is "Sport" mode. The center display is found under Pony button, gauges, show gauges. Then hit the down arrow until you get there.

I tried exactly this. Here's all I can get. What am I missing? I've been under the car and I don't see where the rear diff has a temp sensor...

GT doesn't get rear differential temperature save for some early PP1. That's mainly in the Shelby's and the Mach.

I don't have a PP pkg. I wonder if the dealer can install one and flash the computer to add it to my dash display options...

I can't imagine that the absence of the sensor would make the car have a different wiring harness.

I added a diff temp sensor to my non-PP 2022. Sensor is maybe like $20-30. Pigtail connector the sam-ish price and then I ran the wiring myself to the harness under the rear seat. Then you can use FORScan to enable the sensor. Overall pretty easy to do

Cool. Thank you. Any chance you still have the part numbers?

Thank you.

The sensor seems to be common to coolant, cylinder head, etc.

How does the 2 wires from this harness connect to the white plug in your picture?

I ran the same gauge wire thru the hole in the floor and into the cabin. Then tapped into the wires for the harness. I’ll have to find the pinout again and post the diagram. I didn’t find the correct molex connector pins yet to make it look OE but I’ll try to look right now

Edit: it’s a TE connector not molex

I ordered the parts online. Thanks for your help. If you could identify the connections I'd be in your debt ;)

Pin 1 sensor to pin 11 on connector inside the car
Pin 2 sensor to pin 12 on connector in car.

Look for the color codes on the wires too
