I figured so...this is the first car that I have committed to buy that hasn't even been produced yet lol...didn't know how Ford ordering and production works...

Your VIN should be sent to plant about a 7-10 days before its build date. If the build date is correct.

Normally you could go on Ford Vehicle Order Tracking and enter your VIN, but all the tracking websites have been down since 01/28 Tues.
Contact your dealer or Noah at Ford Performance (800-367-3788 Option 1) and ask him for the status on a GT500, he will ask you for the last 8 characters of your VIN (L550****) or if you don't have a VIN, your order number and dealer code from your Vehicle Order Confirmation (VOC) or the Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement (DORA).

If you want to post the information about your car, I will add it to the list in Post #1.

Thanks. I really appreciate it. Just got the VIN not DORA or anything else. I have a solid contract and money down with a great dealer I’ve known. Ordered October. Would the VIN itself give me any idea when I might expect? I will post once I separately get info as it looks like you have really helped people out which is awesome! Kona Blue with painted black OTT stripes coming! I think dealer just got VIN. Dealer forwarded me replica supercharger and a box full of items.
it would be nice to have someone list everything that will be in trunk etc. since some items also sent to parts. I don’t want to miss out or try to replace things sitting in dealership. I had that problem with my BULLITT as cover “lost” and found after I got someone else’s GT 350 cover that happy to sell? Whatever

HELL YES. I have been waiting my turn to get the dancing babies. Has been a long wait, but well worth it. Cannot wait to be in the unique GT500 club with everyone else on this forum. Once they start rolling in we need to see if we can get some interested people scheduled to attend the FP driving school in NC. It is going to be a great day.

Its been non-functional since Tuesday. The problem started last Wednesday and just got worse. Since all the other tracking websites use the same source, none of them are working. From what I understand, they are working on the problem, I just hope that it gets fixed sooner than later.
