Yup, all is good now, but I still may go with a custom tune at some point. I have unsurpassed skills at voiding warranties. Lol

maturity....what fun is that. Let the inner kid inside you thrive.
If you can run boostane or another additive, I promise you most of what you might not like on the 91 tune will be WAY better on their 93 tune.....grab 5 gals of ms109 or something just to test the 93, I think you will be surprised that you dont need a custom tune and voiding of your warranty.....that would have been 650 or so on 93...I try to tell people are brutally fast it comes in down low....
On the 93 tune it will drive like it has a bigger engine and feel more nimble....just an FYI....

I'm down in San Diego and have a stage one kit on my 18. I added boostane to bring it up to about 95 octane and loaded the 93 tune, I didnt notice a difference honestly. Pretty much like you stated the power is an on/off switch. I was able to pull an 11.003 @ 125 on the EB 91 tune in the summer. I'm gonna head back up to Fontana in February and see if i can get a 10 before I covert to E85.

Yeah, I hope I can hit the 10s on the EB tune with this Stage 2 before I go with a custom tune. Need to get to the track.

11.0 on the EB 91 tune is very impressive!

Car just stalled on me while sitting at a light. Some hunting idle and then it just shut down. It was driving fine until then. This EB tune is not impressive.

That’s frustrating , are you running the Motorcraft plugs that came with the kit ? I was having some random misfiring so changed plugs to NGK seemed to take care of it .

Yup, same plugs with their recommended gap, which seems pretty wide to me as well.

What plugs are recommended and what gap? Is this same for the 15-17?

Motorcraft plugs at .035” came with my 20 Stage 2. Not sure about the 15-17 kits. I would think a tighter gap would be preferred, but there’s only 10 deg of timing at WOT on the EB tune.

That sounds more like it to me. If I go custom tune, which is likely, I’ll probably run something similar.

More specs on your car please. Base or premium? 3.15 or 3.55 gears? Drag mode used or not?

That's what they do when they are starting to drop cylinders it shows up as rough idle first...especially hot restart then die....
