Wait a minute, Ford stock price is down 5% since your panic post last Wednesday and you're still ordering a GT350??I'm ordering a 2019 also.
Haven't found a dang thing on Ordering.
Well then it obviously wasn't meant to be.I'm ordering a 2019 also.

Why do people think 2019 is "the last of the GT350"? Is that carved in stone somewhere? The same was said about the 2018, now they are making some changes. I wouldn't be surprised if they go another year at least.I can't decide if I should score a deal on a 2018 now or wait for the 2019. Leaning toward the 2019 because it's the last of the "GT350", the new wheels, suspension, and spoiler (love the look), and I also have a dealer offering me his 1st allocation at invoice on it. The wait is painful though!
I agree nothing "confirmed officially" but just seems that way with all the GT500 press, etc. Will they really put out a 350 and 500 together? It's possibly but unlikely, at least IMO.Why do people think 2019 is "the last of the GT350"? Is that carved in stone somewhere? The same was said about the 2018, now they are making some changes. Well make sure you drive it a lot the first few years. Want to make sure you get a new motor under warranty before Ford goes belly up!I'm leaving the car to my 25-year-old son.
If Ford goes bust and he can't get parts or warranty issues, that's his problem.
I doubt it will be driven more than 4k miles per year.Well make sure you drive it a lot the first few years. Want to make sure you get a new motor under warranty before Ford goes belly up!
Seriously that's not a good idea. These motors are finicky - at only 4K a year you may not realize you have a problem motor for 2-3 years. Mine seemed fine for the first 6K, now oil consumption is increasing dramatically. Might be getting a new motor soon. From people's experience here, if you get through the first 10-12K without issues, it's much less likely to have problems. Just an FYII doubt it will be driven more than 4k miles per year.
I'd rather destroy a $40,000 Camaro than a $80,000+ GT350 that may be a collectible one day.
The order banks for the 2019 GT350/R's have not been opened up and no idea when they plan to open.Hey guys. Sorry if this has been asked before, but when do dealers start taking orders for 2019s? Also, do we know when production starts, and more importantly when production ends? Thanks in advance guys
At this point, I'll be happy if I can get my 2019 next May.The order banks for the 2019 GT350/R's have not been opened up and no idea when they plan to open.
Once the order banks do open up it will be sometime after that when production will commence for the 2019 GT350/R's.
With us already being in September I have a hard time imagining any 2019 R's being built during the 2018 calendar year and if that is in deed the case then production for the 2019 R's should start in about 7 months from now or ~March 2019.
It is also my understanding that allocations for the 2019MY have not been assigned but if there are some allocations already assigned they are few and far between.
