2019 ABS/Shock Tune - Backdate to previous years?

From my understanding, the 2019's have a revised shock tune and a revised ABS tune due to the stickier Cup 2 OE tires. Does anyone have an idea if we can backdate the 15-18 cars with the updated tunes?

Could probably also just pull a magneride PCM from a totaled 2019 if you wanted. Now that I think about it I'm surprised no GT owners have tried that.

Is it the actual shocks or just the Magneride controller sending different voltages at different times? possibly a combination of both?

I knew about the softer rears and the swaybar. Didn't know that they made changes to the actual shock. So, the easy answer is no to the tune compatibility unless we can also get our hands on the shock. That sucks.
