that flipped grille with the lowered hood looks great, drop the chrome accents on the lower body though.

The grill shape of the fuzzy "refresh" car reminds me of the '98 Mercury Mountaineer with it's flipped Explorer grill opening shape.

Definitely expecting the harder, sharper, and more defined front end shapes of the '17 Fusion to be similarly translated into the front fascia of the '18 Mustang refresh.
Here's a pic of the 2017 Fusion:

Because they are cheap fake vents every cheap car maker sticks in there front fenders why only god knows, its hideous and the mustang has always been famous for being ORIGINAL. I could go on more but you get the jist of it..
Most mustangs have had all sorts of fake vents all over them. Fake hood scoops, fake brake ducts etc. Even new model, the Roush kit slaps fake vents and scoops all over the car. I think they look terrible(especially when you know they are fake) but Many still love them.

On order '17, but still looking at '18

The wait it exhausting. Lol

Finally in the financial position to pull the trigger, but also want to see what 2018 refresh brings. Though I like the current gen regardless. On the flip side always had the knack for latest and greatest.

What to do, what to do?

What to do? WAIT man, WAIT! lol

Only a few months to see it at Detroit in January, if not LA in November.......and who knows, something may leak before then.

It'd be nice to have some more spyshots though..........get us talking about the actual '18MY car, as opposed to a rendering of something we're more likely to get for the '21MY :p

I am very interested for 2018. But unless something major changes on the weight or performance side. I'll probably just mod the 2015, trickle it with GT350 goodies and start squirreling away cash for the S650.

If you wait for 2018's, then you can properly decide if it is for you. And if not, then you can get an even better deal on a 2017 anyway.

Then again, SF is year-round for Mustangs, so I can see how hard it is for you to wait.
Waiting is easier when you already have a Mustang.

My guess is that the 18's will look really good -- just a little different than the 15-17's. It will be about the same difference as the 12 to 13 changes -- both of those look great to me still. GTP -- so much easier waiting when you already have a Mustang!
