I went ahead and emailed my sales manager asking about the production date and he stated that there is no production date yet.
20 weeks since I ordered........and cotus still says in order processing. I cant stand waiting any longer for an update lol.
you can sit ;)

but yeah, that's a really really long time, do you know your priority code? or did you modify your order?

Nope, no modifications. Even cotus says order placed 8/23. Im assuming its just a regional thing now, as i have yet to see any 2018s on the road, and dealers are filled with stock orders.
But yeah, i just want some sort of update, and I hope they don't try to take away my order price incentives.

I think Ford will come out with another incentive to replace the one that expires. As for the other pricing issues, Welcome to the "Ford buyers club" I Ordered in July and I "hope" to have my car by the end of January! The dealer lots are full of 2018 cars (including GT350) and nothing is moving....The sure sale cars like yours and mine are stuck in transport somewhere! They don't care about us as they think they have us....If I could find another car that I felt was as good, I would cancel as well. For now, I sit and wait!
Steve, This is total Bulls*** When my car arrives, It was due on Jan 2nd now it's Jan 16th.When we get down to final price they had better take care of me. It wouldn't be the first time I walked out on a deal. But I would still lose due to the wait I have already endured.

Anyone have any estimate on how accurate COTUS is for EDD? I know COTUS can be inconsistent, but my car went in transit on 12/19 and EDD is 1/9, and each day I keep checking my phone for email or call from the dealer...

My EDD was 1/10 when my car was in production, then 1/5 after a few days of waiting for transit, which I assume means they had then scheduled the cars movement. Then, about a week later as the weather turned cold it was moved to 1/9 and 72 hours later 1/11- which I assume is weather related.

My dealer has not contacted me, I assume they are waiting to say “It’s here”.

However, based on the above I think you’re getting a pretty accurate estimate with a conservative bias, so as not to disappoint (I.E. mine was 1/10 before they scheduled 1/5).

You got that right! COTUS has been horrible this year. Half the time I check my VIN doesn't exist. Before the holidays it said my car was in-transit due Jan 7th. Then all of a sudden it says it's still waiting for shipment. Been that way for 2 weeks. Dealer says he thinks it may have been scheduled to go on the train and then delayed. But he also told me it was still due this week. I have an email into him now to see if that still holds true. Good luck!! Hope you get yours very soon.

Mine came in about 3 days before Cotus said it would arrive.

I have an email awaiting response from my dealer about the status of my car. My car has never gone into transit when when everybody has been reporting in transits the last two weeks. So either I'm going to be pissed in two days or very happy according to COTUS

Mine was at 2 days in the morning back in November and 12 days in the evening. EDD's are all over the place and they change frequently, without explanation. After the 2 to 12 day change, I started talking to/visiting the dealer daily. I also had a zone sales manager (cousin) getting me updates. It's very frustrating to see a 'sold' car sit at the plant for weeks, then sit at a rail yard for days, then sit at the ramp for days. Ford should be doing a better job of getting these 'wanted' cars out to the customer. My dealer is sitting on 2 dozen 18's already, the only ones moving are the ones that were ordered for customers. If I were a dealer, I'd be screaming at Ford....right along with the customer!!! It was worth the wait, I just look for reasons to go to the garage and/or make a quick trip to the Post Office/WalMart/Mall.......

Still radio silence for me, EDD has been missing from cotus going on 4 weeks now, car's supposed to be here around 2/11 so hopefully something happens within the next week or two.

Can we put a poll up on who’s had delivery so far and what status people are in? Curious...
