I had that issue come up as well. Checked the exhaust valve relay under the hood and it was fine. Took it to the dealer and they figured out it was an unrelated fuse in the passenger foot well that was loose. Double check your fuses, all of them lol.

Update, ran the car hard today, was a hot day. Car had a flashing CEL so I pulled over and let it cool down, and the light went away. Got the cotus checker email at 4am that it switched to awaiting shipment. Guess my blend date was right and the car is built.
