Back story: Thought I had a bad IMRC so I pulled off the intake manifold and confirmed I had 4 that were bad. Put it back on and it didn’t run right so I haven’t drove it for a week. “See manual” came on the dash, check engine light came on, and I must have killed the battery. Decided to buy the 2018 intake manifold and tune from Lund.
I installed everything, jumped the car ,and still having problems.
Codes: P0103, P0223, P0122, P0315
Throttle seems a little weird. Cables and harness looks fine thought.
Worried I might have cross threaded one of the bolts. Could that be causing my problem?

I don't think it's realistic to expect people here to be able to guess what's happened with your car after multiple IM removals and installations.

Too many variables.

I'd start with renting a smoke machine and checking for leaks.

This^^, also often overlooked is the intake runners on the 18 manifold are much larger than the intake ports on the head. This causes some weird turbulence in the port. I believe this is what causes some to have problems with manifold swaps on gen 1 and 2 coyote's.

Mainly wanting to see if people have had those same codes and if it’s a simple solution. Not wanting to take it to Ford. I appreciate the advice and will try that first.

In case anyone has this issue, check the layout of your fuse box. (Only if you remove the fuel pump fuse)
Also if you do an intake manifold swap disconnect the battery. Killed mine in the process.

Po315 after a tune can usually be fixed with a crank sensor relearn. The other codes are for TPS and Maf. Start with making sure the connectors are actually seated and locked on. Make sure you didn't bend any pins also. I doubt it's a tune issue because as much as tuners advertise a "custom" tune. They are not they're gonna send you the same exact tune as they send everyone else with the same mods as you.
