Absolutely. I think it’s unavoidable in this state. We have maybe a dozen or so cloudy days per year, aside from that it’s just pure unfiltered sun and blue sky’s. Early morning and later afternoon it’s not that bad but mid day it’s terrible. I have to put my hand on top of the dash to block the sun if I want to see the center gauges for any reason. Small price to pay for no winters and minimal rain.
Maybe try a Matte finish antiglare screen protector cut to size. One for the I-pads should be big enough to mod.???

New FORScan build: http://forscan.org/download/FORScanSetup2.3.15.test20180501.exe

These part numbers are "unofficially" supported:

JR3T-10849-AJD
JR3T-10849-AJE
JR3T-10849-ALB
JR3T-10849-ALC
JR3T-10849-ALF
JR3T-10849-AMD

They are NOT in the IDS database...so IDS cannot program them however FORScan can. I hope Ford doesn't actually need to replace any under warranty because they'd be screwed!

Consol installed

Consol done

[ame]

So I varied the back plastic cutting a bit. On the left side, I left a strip between the Left back plastic holder bolt and the left bottom screw block. this gives the install some strength. If you shave off the left plastic lip, you can put a #8 self tapper into the plastic through the Displays left upper hole. There not much tere, so go really easy. On the right side, there is some flat metal support just behind the screw hole, about an inch away. carefully eyeball it, Mark it, then Use a very sharp punch, and then pre drill a small hole, just smaller then a #8 self tapper, then get a #8 2" long screw and a 7/8" plastic bushing. Screw the screw in with the bushing in place behind and your all stable.

Looks good DarkHor$e. I just finished mine too.

Anyone know why my tach does not display the digital RPM above the little mustang car? I have the speed but not the tach, it's just blank there.

Am I missing a line of code somewhere?

I can't wait to do this >.<

I'm still waiting on parts and I will most likely ask breeves002 for a programed file to make things easier :D

Happy to provide it! I've gotten a lot of the as built memorized now for these since I've done so many.

FYI to all first guy with adaptive cruise is trying this and he's having major issues. We're working through them but I'm adding it as a known problem until we figure it out.
