Got mine installed and finished up on my '18 today! Thank you breeves002 so much for organizing this all and helping us all!

BTW with the '18s I did not have to trim any of the piece behind the cluster. Also for the As-Built data it ended up being easier for me to just find a similar VIN with the digital gauge cluster and use the https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt website and just use all of that As-Built data. Everything is working perfectly and no error lights.
Welcome to the club. You don’t happen to have a picture of behind the cluster do you? I’m curious as to how it’s done on the 18s instead of having to cut out the plastic in the other years. I just got my GT350 steering wheel in today so I’m going to be diving back in. Also bought the needed trim piece off of CXMoney, so should have that next week for final completion.

It’s an option not standard equipment.

ohhhhh. well damn. i thought the 2018s all came with this cluster. good to know!!
Yeah it is part of the 401a option which is for Premium cars. Not a lot of cars out on dealer lots with the option to be honest.

They can't even put them in new cars because we're buying them all :p I've ordered 4 clusters this week for people I'm building kits for. 3 from one dealer and 1 from a different one. Don't want to freak Ford out too much.

Has anyone been able to get this screen on the gauge mode to work? You should be able to scroll through the gauges and this screen is one of them but it does not show up for me.

It works for mine after I started over and changed the AB data to the baseline one and then changed the few minor setting to match my car. I have A/F, Vac/Boost and Volts as my three mini gauges and then when I scroll up or down I get the text "gauges."

So it depends on the cluster software yours has.

Some have the text gauges some don't. . . Seems to be kind of random. It is NOT an as built thing because I have fully exhausted that possibility.

What part number cluster do you have?

Can you take a video of your gauges when you page up and down? or at least describe them?

Do you know what the sticker on the side of your cluster says?

Also when did you place your order for the cluster?

We are trying to make sense of what has what.

Have any people with the 2018s taken any pictures during install? Still curious to see what’s different behind the clusters between 18s and the older cars. Is the plastic piece not there? Do you still have to trim? Just curious to see how it rests in there from the factory for the 18s. Thanks to CXMoney I’ll be getting the trim piece early next week to finish off the install, so I’m holding off on cutting until then. Hopefully someone can come through with some pics!
