You can't "build and price" a 2016 model year Mustang on the Ford website yet.
Yeah, I know. I'm getting ahead of myself. I was under the impression that Ford was starting to offer more options on mid- to late-2015 orders.

I'm looking forward to seeing the 2016 option packages on their virtual build site.

Welcome and yeah, it's good they will listen to the customers buying the car. I've heard lots of complaints about the PP Black wheels you had to get and they could have offered more but his 1 alternative PP wheel makes is okay.

Yeah 50 YAP is gone but will the 2016s get any kind of plaque on the interior? Coyote, Mustang.. something?

Somebody knows for sure.

I am not a huge fan of my black PP wheels but I'll take them over those satin silver wheels.

Fair enough. I don't object to black wheels, I have them on my 2010. Maybe I'm tired of them. In general, and especially with the PP wheels, they look fine when you are standing next to the car. From a block away it looks like somebody stole the hubcaps! IMO, of course.

Is it possible to forgo to the new hood signal lights in the 2016? Really feels like a cheap gimmick even if it's a holdover from the '67 design...

Nope. If its a 2016 GT, you get the lights.
Should be pretty simple to remove. I know I'll be pulling them out.

I like the black PP wheels just cause I don't have to clean the dust from the brembo pads as often. When I had my first 2015 Gt 50th AAP, with ford rotors and calipers, the brake dust built up pretty quick. I can only imagine if I had the brembo brakes on those wheels.
