2016 intake manifold removal

Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations to get the white with red lock pig tails off of the stock intake manifold?

Unbolt the manifold, and pull it out as much as you can. Stick your hands back there and get the connectors unplugged. Then disconnect the harness holding tabs (zip ties that press into the manifold that hold the harness). Good chance those will break. Trim removal too can help if you can get it back there. Small flathead for the locking tabs on connectors if needed, but be careful.
