Wow @ the prices...

Wow, because the Americans get a FANTASTIC price. Seriously...those numbers stack VERY well with other cars in the segment...and others that aren't even in the segment. Bang for the buck is quite strong.

An extra WOW, because of us Canadians that get MAJORLY screwed. That price is terrible. I got a price on a 2012 GT500 Track Pack/Performance Pack (whatever the hell it was called) a few years ago (new, of course) and also a 2013 Boss 302 (loaded - also new) for less...the GT500 was in the high $50's and the Boss was in the low $50's.

Like really? I'm supposed to buy a "base" model GT350 over a loaded Hellcat or very nicely optioned Stingray?...(give or take a few $K's) for the same price? At that price a BMW M3/4 is starting to look like a bargain...

Sorry for the rant, but I expected something in the $50's to start...not this lunacy in the $60's.

What the real kicker is that on pretty much every car in ford's lineup the difference between USD and CDN is about 18%. On this one it's almost 31%. Not much we can do about it though

I know. It's insane. I'd also like to know why their typical difference is so much more than the other brands, too. As I stated...I've been looking at the Hellcat for awhile...the difference between US and CAN funds are around $5-6K for a similarly equipped model. I could digest that. Not friggin' $15K+...

I just got off the phone with my Guy at Ford he said the base price for the "R" is 63,500 then you add the electronics pack back in 7-8K $71,500 for a loaded "R"

My father's parents came down from Canada prior to the war (WWII). Maybe this is the only reason why LOL!
ha ha ha They had a premonition I'm sure. Btw, you wouldn't be interested in adopting a housebroken GT 350 lover would you? I'm very willing to relocate. :)

I haven't made up my mind yet on what color and stripes. But I'm leaning towards the White with Blue Stripes. Keeping it original.

So is it $47,870 or $49,995?

I have wanted this car since it was announced but in order to swing it I may have to give up my baby and I don't know if I can do that...

No she is not a real GT350 but she is my baby.

Just read the article! It specifically says the 49,995 is when you include the GG tax and D&D. Subtract that out and you get 47,870. Either way I agree it is a huge bargain.
