2016 GT starting issue

Hi! I just bought a 2016 GT and after about a week it started having this weird starting issue. It takes longer then it should to start and sometimes it will stop turning over and the check service manual light comes on and the car goes into limp mode. Here is a video of the starting issue.

It seems like a battery issue, but I have had the battery tested at oreillys and it came out good. The battery is also only a year old.
Any thoughts on the issue? Thanks!
