I think I have the correct vehicle and engine. If so, this ^ link is to the Owners Manual.

Starting on printed page 19 is the maintenance schedule.

Change engine oil every two events.

Tear down, inspect and refresh the engine after 50 runs.

O2 sensors: replace every 50 runs.

Spark plugs: check every 10 runs, replace every 20.

There is a note to inspect and evaluate the engine block for replacement after each season.

The cars had an intercooler which used ice. The manual recommends using ice each pass, "For maximum performance and longevity."

Edit:

Last two pages of the manual list some service specs and POCs for the program.
Yep - same engine used in 2018 (Engineering or parts # may vary slightly due to just model year change), but same maintenance intervals would apply and parts interchangeability should be the same.

You know about these waaaayy more than we do lol

The QR code sticker is the only one I could pick up on.
Engineering # CR3E 6006 AC = Part # CR3Z-6006-D Current Retail Price $16,458.67 and plenty of them are still available.

As for usage it comes up as 2013-2014 Modular 5.0 shown below

Benny,

Interesting the QR is coming back as a 2013/14 part. Curious - What’s the difference in your listing and the one in the link from Post #12. where it’s $28k?

Is your $16k the M6G discount? You may sell all of them … 😁

So that # is just a service long block, No intake, blower etc.... What you see in the diagram above is what you would be getting.

The question would be is what did FP do to the long block in terms of modifications. I cant say its the exact same configuration the OP is looking at.

Send the pics with all the part numbers to Ford Performance/Ford Racing and see if they’ll verify it.

It was bugging me based on your reply that the Ford Engineering # off the QR label was coming back as a 2013/14 SCJ…. So I had to go back and review the OP’s first post.

To clarify 2 items:
1) Everything I had posted and referenced in my Post #9 is and applies to a 2016 SCJ engine. The images I also included were of a true 2016 SCJ.
2) The info that @Skye posted in Post # 10 and what @wingnutt posted in Post #20 although referenced to a 2018 SCJ, would also apply to a 2016 SCJ.

However, what we do have in the above image in the OP’s @KingDriver very first Post #1 and very first image provided is NOT a 2016 SCJ. Therefore the info for anything relating to a 2016 or 2018 SCJ in this thread may NOT be applicable to that complete engine in that image due to various hardware changes that were made between 2013-2016 SCJ builds and 5.0 Coyote Generation variances. The maintenance interval may still apply from Skye’s post since these engines are operated in extreme use scenarios.

The OP has posted multiple images of what appears to be at least (2) engines - this conversation will ONLY be specific to the complete engine with mounted supercharger in OP’s Post # 1.

Benny you’re correct, it’s IS a 2013/14 CJ. I was zeroed in on the fact the OP was mentioning a 2016 SCJ AND when the additional photos were posted with the multiple Ford Engineering numbers, at the time of my post # 9, my focus was still on “2016”, as well as my Post #17 joking with Benny’s pricing…

So, what makes it a 2013/14? If we look at the first image in Post #1 of the complete engine w/supercharger mounted:
- the supercharger air intake is at the back of the engine, closer to the firewall. A 2016 SCJ has the air intake at the front. Throttle bodies are also entirely different.
- the Whipple in OP’s image is totally different from the Whipple on the 2016 SCJ image I posted in Post #9
- the front FEAD is also different in OP’s image compared to the 2016 SCJ I posted in Post #9
- the QR label in Post #7 has “110213”, which should be November 02, 2013 as the assembly build date, which explains Benny’s finding when running the Ford “CR3E 6006 AC” = Part # CR3Z-6006-D coming back as a 2013/14 part.

The 2013/14 SCJ Ford Performance part # for the engine would have been:
M-6007-CJ13SC

The (2) images below are of (2) 2013 SCJ’s, which match the OP’s first image in Post # 1:

This is an image of the 2016 SCJ:

Hope the above helps the OP and clarifies some things …
