What's the best/easiest tweeter swap for the pillar in 2015+? I have a preference for manufacturer but at this point, I'm sure any reputable tweeter is an improvement over the stock junk (with a decent crossover).

I'm simply looking for something that's an improvement and doesn't involve dremels, sticky tape or glue.

I just did JL's and they needed modifying. Look good, but modified...

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of.......

I'm putting together an upgrade package and most of the components are Hertz and I think I can make some of their tweeters work but it seems almost everyone requires modifications to fit.

Be careful with the metal domed tweeters, they can be unbearably harsh.
You might have to play with attenauters to get it how you like it.

Hertz 24.3 tweets fit nicely in the A-pillars, but do require hot glue to keep them in place. The best thing about them is they fit behind the factory grills.

Those JL’s look good gadgtfreek! I’m sure they sound pretty good as well. Are they press fit in the A-pillars or glued In place?

Here is what the Hertz MP25.3 tweeters look like installed. You have to pop the grille, remove the crap behind the tweeter and Dremel the opening just a little until it fits nice and tight. No glue unless you Dremel too much off. The lip on the Hertz is small so take your time and check fit constantly as you go. I removed the connectors from the factory tweeters and epoxied and wired them to the back of the Hertz. Made it plug and play and I can pull my tweeters out without removing the A plillars which are a complete PITA to re-install.

The shadows make it look a tiny bit offset, but they are perfectly centered and I absolutely love how it turned out and how they sound.

Nice and clean StangTime! I also agree that the A-pillar covers are a PITA to install. I actually had to buy new ones from the dealership. I was extra careful on the installation of the second set of covers and had no issues with the tabs bending (used a body panel pry tool to guide them into place).
