I have a 2016...i want to disconnect the tweeters in the A pillars without pulling the a pillars off. According to the wiring diagram these are wired in Parrallel with the 3.5" door speakers. The wires for the tweets branch off the door speaker wires somewhere. Does anyone know where those wires branch off so i can snip one?

The A pillar covers pop off in about 5 seconds. Just pull up and back and boom, they are off
Unplug the tweeter, and push back on.
Not sure why you are doing this, but it is silly easy

Mine is a convertible and the a pillar cover wraps around the top of the windshield and requires removing the visors.

I am putting in a two way component and want the tweeters down in the door where the 3" are and simply want to disconnect the tweets in the a pillar.

I would strongly recommend going with a three way and using the factory wiring, which would involve pulling the pillars.

Having said that, if I recall, someone located the "split" above the factory amp in the footwell.
