That has not been the case for many years now. SVT Mustangs are all built on the same assembly line as all the other Mustangs. Engines are still had assembled and sent to the production line for install, but the SVT cars still go down the same line as base and GT cars.
Yes didn't mean "build" literally, more like develop. I know it's actually built at FRAP.I think he was referring to engineering/design/testing etc as opposed to actual assembly![]()
Man, you're still on this?The next SVT Mustang is scheduled right now to be released in the summer(June/July) of 2015. Most vehicles(I can not think of one that was not) released this late in the year have the Model Year connotation of the next year. Which would make it the 16 SVT Mustang. But some state clearly this is wrong.
Hell even the Feb 2010 release of the Mustang GT 5.0 was called the 2011 Mustang GT.
Why do you want to argue against what is clearly in the order banks? It could change, but until it does, you are on the wrong side of facts.
