Got it for 35,055 X-Plan. All of the number offered here on M6G were right on the money :hail:

The only surprise was the ADV ASSESSMENT of $548. Is that a required fee? I read that it comes directly from Ford along with the $57 worth of gas.

I went to two dealers this afternoon after being told on the phone that I could place an order. When I got to both of them, they had no idea what I was talking about. The first one said they would be able to pre-order sometime next month but showed me the order guide dated 5/13, and the second one didn't know anything. When I mentioned that people were already placing orders at other dealers, they had nothing to say. Has anyone else ran into something like this yet?

yes the ADV and the Gas is normal.

I've never pre ordered a car, just picked the exact one I wanted and they got it from another dealer.. Took a couple days..

How much sooner will you guys get your cars by ordering now vs. when the site goes live or even once dealers start getting cars?

If you are talking about waiting for the Mustang configurator site, that is a visual aid capability which uses the same information that is in the order guide and with the pricing available right now.

I think a number of us who ordered today just jumped in for the excitement of it being the first day where Ford dealers would have the order banks open.

Customer-ordered cars will likely be produced and shipped to dealers several weeks after the ones for the dealer's inventory. It really depends on how the scheduling of orders for production goes.

I am sharing what I have learned from some of the dealership reps who post here.

While I've had a blast today, tomorrow, I am right where I started yesterday - waiting for several more months!

I placed my order for a 2015 Mustang 50th Anniversary Limited Edition. I received a confirmation and everything yet I come up as not found in the tracker...but some one who ordered today is showing..any help would be great here's my confirmation.

That might be possible if they happen to have a car in inventory that is close to what your want. For reference, my salesperson told me about 30 days earlier, based on his past experience, but that is not an absolute.

Yes, dealers order their allotment first and then place custom build orders after theirs have been ordered. Those that they order hit the lot first and are available for sale right away. AMENDMENT: As Tony stated, you may not find one in the right color/options you are looking for, though.

That said, I am lucky enough to have a Nephew who's a salesperson at a local dealership and he got them to include my order in their allotment, so I'll get my custom ordered one in their first shipment.
