Possibly could be confusing the both years. The 2016 allocations are available to dealers, I'm not sure on 2015's though - I personally haven't gotten any info.

Your dealer should already know on the 2016s. Allocation is specific on how many GT350s or GT350Rs you can order. Chances are if they only have one allocated, it is a GT350/900A.

No, Ford does not offer X plan on SVT or Ford Performance vehicles as they are considered specialty vehicles. It is, unless you equip it with the optional Electronics Package.

If you look at the 920A / R Package, see at the bottom what it eliminates "Deletes Rear Seat, Air Conditioning, Floor Mats, Tire Mobility, Kit, Audio System, Auxiliary Audio Jack, SYNC and USB Port" That's before you add the Electronics Package back in.
