Hi all,

I was just bored this afternoon, so trying to see whats behind the center console of my 2015 V6. Tried to find the instructions online, but came back with no luck. So I just tried the same way that worked on my 2011, and it worked.

Here are some pics while I was doing it, hope it will help.

PS: its up to u if u dont want to remove the little storage in front of shifter, I found it easy to access without it.

Not sure abt the premium one, but should be the same.

This panel happen to be on both driver and passenger side, remove them and you will see 2 screws on each side. Take them out.

Be careful while pulling this out. The edge is kinda sharp and give me cut on my finger.

Just like old time, pull from arm storage as hard as you can. They will come out just like this, then work your way out to remove it. Also there's a plug under it around cup holder around. I found it to be the key detector.

You can try to pull this piece out from passenger door side, and work all the way to odometer. There are just too many clips behind it.

Now you will see 2 screws on top of radio, and 2 below the USB port. Will show them in next two images.

Thanks for the step by step pictures... im very curious about the three central dash vents.

As for those of you who have the performance pack in the EB or have chosen the option for your GT, two of those are reserved for the gauge pack.

I'm hoping that somewhere down the line someone either comes up with some aftermarket gauges that can be put in there and or if there's initially the potential to insert the stock performance pack gauges. If you didnt order them with your car originally and or if the option simply isnt available.

thanks again.

Very nice, I have been waiting for someone to do this! This pretty much confirms that the center stacks are not going to be swappable with the premium cars. My dreams of toggle switches have been dashed....

So looking at pics above, how does the shifter boot/ball/bezel come off?

I see you lifted the bezel plate off from the console, but left it in place after you removed the console.

Is there a screw that holds the shifter ball/bezel combo onto the trans lever?

Thx!
