Sounds like Ford is using substandard materials
I also think the 2015 Mustang was rushed to market

The seats in my 07' GT premium don't even have that much deformation at 150K miles. Yes they have wear but aren't all loose and stretched out. I would definitely not be okay with that.
This has been a concern from day 1, for me at least. Sure wish we could get cloth seats on premium.
If they would use the same leather as my 06' King Ranch has we would be screaming praises not concerns of quality.
Hope they find a solution for you.

So here is a picture of my seat and the copy of the no charge invoice. So the dealership told me that for the wind noise they tested another brand new mustang and its normal. And for the seat they submitted it to ford. This car is 7 days old and I can't believe I'm having this many issues already

To top it off the service advisor was rude and acted as if I'm doing im him a favor by driving a ford.

Also does ford not offer courtesy vehicles?

Hopefully there are some online customer service reps going through these forms

It looks like you don't have 68B? (correct me if I'm wrong) There is another thread about premature seat wear that was sparked by a photo I saw from one of the Bucket List events where the redline driver's seat was bunching a little bit worse than that, and the car couldn't have been more than a week or two old. So it looks as though the issue is happening on both packages, which is even more worrisome. I would make them replace or fix that for sure.

Does anyone else here also has this issue? (Trying to figure out if it's 100% that it happens on my gt auto premium too)

I have the exact same noise by headlight switch/vent area. Pushing on surrounding pieces of dash does make it go away but eventually does come back.

If anyone finds the fix PLEASE post.. lol:frusty:

Still loving the car though.

I have about 700mi on the car and noticed it at the 200mi mark. I will be taking it in at 1500 for an early oil change and will bring it up then. It is highly annoying and will irritate me until its fixed. I cant stand stuff like that.

I would suggest not changing your break-in oil before you're supposed to. Manufacturers put specials additives in the oil at the factory that supposedly facilitate better engine break-in. I'm not positive that Ford does, but I know they don't recommend an early oil change for new cars.

My '13 GT manual said not to change it for the first 5-10k miles depending on driving style...

I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado 3/4 ton I paid over $45K. After less than six months, the roof paint began to peel off. GM warranty paid for the re-paint. But the truck had to be in the shop for 4 days! Chevy would not provide a courtesy loaner...they said that only loaners go out to Corvette/Cadillac/Hybrid owners!

The oil change schedule should be in the manual. I'd recommend going with that.

Or bring it in just to have them look at the noise. That's valid.
