I have 2015 Mustang GT, only mod done is roush h pipe and axle back mufflers. I am having an intermittent issue with the idle. (This does not happen every single time i drive the car, however i feel it has been happening more frequently recently). Sometimes upon start up when the car gets down to idle Rpms~ 650 it will fall below and almost stall, then surge and catch itself. I have also had the issue when driving in second then shifting to neutral and coasting to stop. Again it will fall below 650 and almost stall, if not stall (it has stalled 2-3 times). I have replaced Evap purge valve, cleaned throttle body, throttle relearn, replaced pcv valve, replaced wet k&n air filter to regular dry paper filter. I also have a scan tool that I can record live data in the pcm I just don't exactly know what I should be looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Have you checked the intake solenoid? My 17 had similar issues and one of the solenoids had failed. The intake had to be replaced.

No I have not, I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to as intake solenoid. Do you mean the vct solenoid for cam shaft ?

There are solenoids inside the intake that modify airflow based on engine requirements.

No, They are on the back of the intake manifold, not inside. IF there was a problem, even an intermediate one, it'll trip the CEL.

Sounds like a vacuum leak.
