I understand your feeling that you're not getting the correct level of performance from your GT 350, but your experiences (and others here) likely would be excluded from being used in a lawsuit, because you're operating outside the law - unless Ohio has some 80+ speed limits we don't know about. Do you have any "real-world," on-the-street situations to report? We need more of those from you and anyone else who has them - especially if there are safety implications.passengers really matter, i hit over 250 with a full car cruising at 80 for 45 minutes and it was only in the 80s.
I think it's so far from black and white and there's such a small number of potential "victims" that this whole situation is barely even gray. In addition, how many dozens (hundreds) of Tech owners are there who never had a limp mode problem for every one who did? The odds are not in your favor. If anyone seriously thinks this will develop into a class action suit that will actually see a courtroom (or even be filed), I suggest you buy studded snow tires for your car because that's the day hell will freeze over.True, there are some problematic issues that make our case not as great as those for mass production defects. But, as far as I see it, Ford's liability here is black and white.
