Process... I need to mention that my mindset is that you do not need the best tools and ideal environment to complete a project. It will take longer but it will get done. Obviously this advice doesn't apply to brain surgery. I picked at this on and off for just over a year. I did most of the work in my apt patio, living room and the kitchen counter. This was a new experience for me, fabricating car parts. I'm not going to have every detail but I have an abundant amount of photos which is what we really want to be more confident because it does become a PIA trying to figure this out on your own.

This was my 2nd attempt that you see.
I wanted to make this with options, to easily replace fogs and easier access to connect. I also placed the Raxiom lights upside down to avoid that dark halo gap noticeable on 13-14 GT grilles. Bad design on their part.

Cut out the fog light bezels with circular blade aka Dremel, then smooth out the sides with sandpaper. Lucked out a shop who let me use their belt sander. Also, sand off the top portion with small raise to make it flush on the 50th grille.

Plastic sheet cut strips for brackets, I wanted to make this like OEM to replace and adjust lights if needed. Heat gun and edge of table was the best technique for bending plastic. Predrilled holes, the black license plate screws were perfect fit for fog light brackets. I made sure the texture side of plastic strips would be visible to an observer, hiding the smooth glossy side.

Cut and removed this plastic driver side of radiator circle in images .

Mesh-
Make sure you are aligned perfectly horizontal & vertical.
I placed the fog light bezel close to the top corner. Zip tied and snipped away pieces just enough to not be visible from front view. This way you have wiggle room. Once I felt 90% confident I used Goop. Then cut off more mesh for the fog lens to fit. Made a template with cardboard & pencil and mirrored on the other side.

Grille delete - plenty of tutorials on YouTube for cutting out the mesh. I used the JB Plastic Weld
Putty to fill in the flat bottom of bezels. Using a thin scrap of plastic to strengthen and hold the mold like rebar.
Sanding down 80 grit -> 1500 grit.

Using two 3 post wiring harness, one for bezels, the other for center fog light. I ran the wires under the fuse box, tucked in into the passenger side engine bay. Through the door to the dashboard. Remaining harnesses and relays zipped and placed behind the glove box. I can't make a final decision where I want to place them.
Adhesive
Zip ties hold while using Goop
I used Goop because it's removable but very very tough. I could reverse my mistakes without damage or spending more time & money for new parts.
I tried black silicon sealant at one point which might still be in the pics, it's messy and not strong enough.

Troubleshooting
BLACK = live & RED = ground. What a PIA and time wasted. I've used 5-6 wiring harness with rocker switches for other projects and its the same, through Ebay or Amazon.

Fog bezels threw me off because they are angled on the back where the lens is placed flush. The grille is designed at an angle and I kept it as is because it will sit vertical after grille install. Eye it us a small level. No issues with blinding people during the day. At night they are like headlights.

Very nice! I have had to come up with a custom solution too as I wanted the halo lights so bad. The problem I have is the mishimoto oil cooler so there is no way I can install full fogs. This was the next best option. Currently in the process of just finalising the wiring and doing a YT video as well for my channel.
