Nothing is wrong with those wheels, but they are cast for low cost rather than forged for performance. Drift is their name, doesn't imply they are for drifting only. The best wheels are very pricey so adding a budget would be helpful.

If you are looking to spend less than $2,000 for wheels and tires, then those drifts with some BFG Rivals would work well enough. If you can swing $4,000+ then some forged HRE's, Forgelines, or whatever custom wheel setup appeals to you, that would be 'the best'. There are also rotary forged wheels like Forgestar and TSW which can be had in the $1,200-1,500 range(wheels only) and offer weight/strength advantages over cast wheels and cost advantages over fully forged wheels.

For tires, BFG Rivals are running towards the top of the DOT street tire category. If you intend to swap wheels at the track or tow the car get some Hoosiers.

Cast wheels are heavier and not as strong as Forged. With some of the tracks I go to like TWS where you hit pretty nasty bumps and potholes at 130mph+ I'll pay the extra for Forged strength.

Not confident that they will clear the '15 Brembo's (15" vs 14" rotor of the 2014). Early reports is that it will be very difficult to do in an 18 inch wheel using standard casting. Weight is kinda high, but less than stock. +43 may be pushing the limits of the front backspace (tire to strut) limits.

Hoosier A6/R6's have dominated in the classes where they are legal, the new A7/R7 is supposed to provide similar grip with a longer life. Right now, it's hard to find 18" tires close to the stock tire diameters.

This being why I don't like 18" wheels for anything other than pure competition. For a dual purpose street/track fun car 19" diameter(27"+ overall) wheel/tire setup is what I would be looking for.

confirmed: the sve drift wheels don't fit :(
the issue isn't width/offset/spoke - it's barrel. couldn't even mount the wheel without interference from the caliper. i'll post followup pics in another thread, since i test fitted a bunch of different wheels.

I think this is your other thread, so I just wanted to post a link here.
