18 manifold causing p1450 code?

I did a ported 18 manifold swap with JLT intake over the weekend and it seemed to run fine for around 10-15 miles. then the check engine light came on for a p1450 code " failure to bleed up fuel tank" the Purge solenoid is hooked up correct, and i emailed VMP about it,

is this common? any one else have this issue after a manifold swap?

I'll tell you right now the EVAP wasn't hooked up correctly.
