Few codes after 18 manifold install

So my car has been down about a month, Had the fairly common IMRC failure. Upgraded to 18" manifold, just got around to uploading my tune and take it out for a drive today, feels good, only issue is at a stop in neutral the revs drop super low for a second, but other then that car feels strong. Only problem is I've got a few check engine codes;

P1888 - Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor A Circuit
P188A - Differential Oil Temp Sensor Circuit Failure
P2019 - Intake Manifold runner position sensor/switch circuit (Bank 2)

Can anyone make sense of this for me? I don't believe it's a tune issue because the codes showed up before I installed the tune when I had to move the car around.

They gave you the wrong tune.

Oh yea, I cleared them.

So yours isn't a pp1/2 car correct ? If so they gave you a tune for one. Hence the codes.

Mine is a 16 PP

Then you got a base tune for a Performance Pack car. Confirm with yer tuner about the P188A .
