18 Manifold install- Causing CEL related to MAF AND MAP?

So I did the install 2 weeks ago, got everything installed- got a custom dyno tune and all was good until I did a WOT pull. I got a CEL and Codes- P0100, P0108 and P0110. MAF-MAP&Unknown. I am running lockouts.

Im positive its not a vac leak- and im certain everything is hooked up correctly.

Vac 1- booster- Vac 2 CAI- pretty self-explanatory stuff. I have no pinched lines- nothing is ran that might compromise another vac lines flow.

Any ideas, anything I should check? I cannot find anything related to this.

I am running lockouts as well, but my Vacuum 1 is capped off, as well as the part that runs to the CAI.
