10r80 5th gear issue

2019 Mustang GT 10r80 about 36k miles. I have this weird hesitation in 5th gear all the time where it shifts into 5th then the rpm’s climb up then drop 200-400 and then go back up and shift like normal. You can hear it in the exhaust as well and sorta feel it. I read in another fourm that the converter could be locking up? No solution found in the other fourm. If that’s the case how would you go about fixing it. It’s extremely annoying. Could a tune solve this issue? Car is stock.

The level should be good I had it checked at ford a few weeks ago they said its good

Mine does the same. I am about to touch 60K miles and want to take it to the dealer to have them check it out. It does this in normal mode and when I shift the trans to S or S+ the 4-5 shift becomes really harsh so something is definitely wrong with the trans in my car.

Mine just does it in normal mode. Not really a harsh shift in sport or sport+ just aggressive shifts
