Probably not without a tune. The ECU on its own won't fully adjust to such high octane. But I'll let smarter people than me chime in.

I do know it will smell great.

The ECU on its own won't fully adjust to such high octane.
It will to a certain point, the stock tune has the ability to adjust timing +/- 10*.

Of course an actual tune would gain more power and faster than the stock tune on the same fuel. It will also benefit the engine indirectly by offering more knock resistance in an intense environment such as road racing.

Ok we tuned it to 100 oct. The Headers make it sound like a Trans Am car.

I’ll get a video but it’s bad ass and no rasp, sounds very free flowing and strong.
